    Bellmen can be found at hotel entrance and in the hotel lobby.
    They will be happy to assist you with porterage as well as your luggage storage needs.

    The hotel concierge is available 24-hours a day and will provide detailed information on local activities, attractions, local shopping, restaurants and arranging transportation and any further needs in the Eternal City.

    Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

  • Excursions & Sightseeing

    The hotel concierge will be happy to organize sightseeing tours to let you discover the beauties of Rome and its surroundings as well as Tivoli, Pompei, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, Capri and Naples, Florence and Assisi, Pisa.

  • Personal Shopper

    Personal shoppers service is also available upon request. This can be arranged through concierge team.
    Reservations and cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance.

  • Laundry Services

    Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available for our guests:

    Regular services: laundry collected by 12:00 pm will be delivered by 2:00 pm the next day.
    Express service: to have your laundry delivered within the same date, a surcharge will be calculated.

  • Private Transfer

    The hotel offers private transfer services that can be arranged through concierge team.

    • Pick up and transfer from/to Fiumicino (FCO) Airport an Ciampino (CIA) Airport: starting from Euro 50,00 per way.
    • Pick up and transfer from and to Civitavecchia Port: starting from Euro 170,00 per way.
    • City tour and its sorroundings: starting from Euro 50,00 per hour (minimum 3 hours) per person.
    • Transfer from/to all national cities: quotation on request.
    • Rental of vintage or deluxe car: quotation on request.
  • Garage & Parking

    A Garage is available and is located near the Hotel from 6:00 until 01.00 am

    Pets are not permitted at the hotel, with the exception of working dogs assisting guests with disabilities.

  • Safe Deposit Boxes

    Facilities are available at the Front Desk, free of charge.
